Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist.

Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges may be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item
  • You received an item that is damaged or defective
  • Your order is incomplete or missing an item

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must not have been washed, worn or altered
  • Original packaging, tags and accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfume products that have been opened, sprayed or used cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.

Change of Mind

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Wrong colour or variant selected by the customer
  • Personal preference regarding fragrance
  • Fragrance not smelling as expected

For perfume purchases, we highly recommend trying our Discovery Set before purchasing a full-size bottle if you are unsure about a fragrance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the item received
3. Photos of the packaging and shipping label
4. A short description of the issue

Our team will review the request and advise you on the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved and the item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund where applicable.

Refunds will be made through the original payment method or another method determined by our team.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong or defective item.

We reserve the right to reject a return or refund request if the item does not meet the conditions stated above.
